We have a vacancy for a Customer Account Manager working in the centre of Reading. Your responsibilities will be to develop business to exceed sales targets for all products, whilst ensuring that customer satisfaction standards are met and that all activity is fully compliant with the companys policies. Day to Day responsibilities include:to participate in business development programme, approximately 20% of business will come in directly, remaining 80% to be self generated by telesales and maximising potential sales opportunities with every form of customer interaction.to interview customers to obtain information regarding their personal and financial circumstances.
